Dr. Shepherd is a wonderful doctor. In a time when doctors barely give you eye contact and rush you through an appointment, Dr. Shepherd is a awesome exception. He was engaging with my 91 year old mother, patient and kind. This very different from her prior podiatrist. I highly recommend him and his practice.
I scheduled an appointment through ZocDoc for 11:30 AM on 9/8 and received a voicemail saying the time was "not available." When I called back to clarify, the receptionist simply asked, "Do you want to reschedule or what?" without offering any alternative times or assistance. I told her to cancel, based off of how she spoke to me and she sounded more than happy to do so. I'm sure the Dr.Shepherd is knowledgeable and provides excellent care, but unfortunately the receptionist's dismissive attitude creates a very poor first impression of this practice. A front desk experience like this will easily discourage patients and cost the practice valuable business.

I greatly appreciate the time he dedicates to ensuring my comfort and actively listening to my concerns. Having visited his office multiple times, I have consistently experienced high-quality care. Dr. Shepherd goes above and beyond to address my needs and deliver the best possible treatment. The welcoming environment of his office is truly commendable; the wait times are reasonable, and the entire staff is consistently friendly and supportive. It is evident that this is a place where patients are surrounded by individuals who genuinely care about their well-being.
Dr. Shepherd made my appointment better due to his professional and caring demeanor. He very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain any problems and treatment options. I drive almost an hour due to him being a referral and it was worth it. Thanks to his staff as well.
