I am extremely concerned for the patients of this office. I moved PCP's at the later end of 2024 and they have been trying to request records from this office since October 2024. Today I was at my PCP and I had them call your office while I was there so that I could see what is the matter with getting my records sent over. Your staff said that they have no such patient on file. I have been seen 6 times at your office since September 2024. I even have the results from the stress test and echo I did with you all. If you don't have me on file, then what is being done to manage my current condition? I am extremely concerned for not only my health but the health of every patient that visits this office.

Dr. Faz and office staff exibit an exemplary standard of patient care. Dr. Faz is attentive, friendly, and personable. He took time to explain my situation clearly and the best way to move forward. I would highly recommend him.

Last Friday, I had the HeartSaver done, Which included the CT scan of my heart and an EKG. The process required very little time on my part, and the customer service at Mission Regional was outstanding. All of the employees were friendly and efficient. Shockingly, my results were ready yesterday (in ONE business day!!!!). I did not have to make--and pay for--an office visit to pick up my results, and there were no hidden costs. To pay $50 for both of these tests is an amazing deal. Best of all, I took a proactive step when it comes to my health. Preventive medicine is far less costly and far less painful than reactive medicine. I am so happy I had this done at Mission Regional!!!!

Very happy I found this Heart Clinic. Being uneasy about doctor's visits especially a heart doctor I actually feel at ease when going to my appointments. From the front desk, nurse, manager, NP, and doctor I'm comfortable and relaxed when visiting for my appointments. Hope the current staff remains for years to come since I'll probably be going there for years!!!

Man! Super awesome Doctor Faz and the rest of the team. Extremely friendly and professional. I can't wait for my next appointment.
