This was, by far, the BEST experience I have ever had at an urgent care center. I am not local and needed some immediate relief in my short stay in Midland. From the ladies who checked me in, to the nurse to the physician, everything was great. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I will definitely cone again if the need arises. Thank you!!
I am somebody who does self pay and not only was this clinic able to help me without breaking my bank, but also were kind, courteous, and asked me before any additional charges were added if I wanted to do them. Still got me the medicine and a discount that is much appreciated, definitely would recommend if you don't have insurance and are just trying to solve a simple health problem without spending over $200! Hailey treated me, and had me in and out in minimal time while still listening to all my needs! We need more places like this.
I went in without an appointment on a Sunday morning right at opening time (9:00 AM). I was greeted with courtesy and checked in without delay. The wait time on this day was very short. I was treated by Maggie, and she was very compassionate, thorough and patient and did not give me the impression that she was rushing on to the next person. It is nice to be able to just show up to a medical facility and be seen without having to make an appointment 2 days in advance - Just like it was in my younger days!
I was so grateful for the convenience to schedule an appointment exactly when I needed it a few hours later! The facility was spacious, welcoming, and clean. The staff were friendly and the medical professionals were friendly, compassionate, and they gave excellent care. I was also extra grateful that I was able to be seen a few minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment time as no one else was there. Hopefully I won't need urgent care anytime again soon but if I do, I'll definitely be returning!
My son had a big congestion and the staff was very friendly to us. Always used kind words and tried to ease his discomfort. The doctor saw him and prescribed his recovery very quick and assertive. Excellent bedside manners.We were out in 15 minutes!!
