Extremely difficult to get office to pick up OR return calls. Hospital couldn't reach, my family has called and left messages several times to no avail. My uncle just had knee surgery, but has to be cleared from Patels office and do follow ups and have had zero contact. Wait on hold...no one answers....you leave a message, no return call period. Not even a delayed call days later just nothing. Dr. Patel is incredible just wish we could get ahold of staff during critical care.
My husband, Jackie, has been a long time patient of Dr. Patel. He and his staff, Rachel, Dana, Crystal, Lucy, Jenny and yes, Clay, have lovingly cared for both of us. Dr. Patel has always known and done, everything he could to give Jackie the best care. I, and my family, thank this exceptional man, doctor, and the friend he was to Jackie. Jackie would say, "They don't come any better!"
My husband Jim Vanover and myself Patricia Vanover have been patients of Dr PJ Patel since 1997! Dr Patel is a very kind and as far as I'm concerned one of the best cardiologist in this part of the country! If you see him out of his office setting he will speak to you! My husband did pass away in 2018 but not cardiology related! I would recommend Dr Patel to anyone needing a cardiologist! Patricia Vanover
