I came here just to get the results of a CT scan for my son. They wouldn't provide the results over the phone. Guess they wanted another co-pay. This is after them sending us to Dallas for a second CT scan. They did one here but were either incompetent or had inadequate equipment. Appointment was at 3. Got here more than 10 minutes early. Finally got in 40 minutes past the appointment time. It was so warm in here it made it feel much longer. It's June in West Texas! Make your customers comfortable. Bad enough getting in 40 minutes late but they only took blood pressure and height/weight. Moved us to a different room. Waited another 50 minutes. All for a doctor to provide the results in five minutes. ***Second visit after a second trip to Dallas for an MRI. Another $40 which I would happily pay for a telehealth session. Instead they keep so many people waiting in a room still too warm even just for sitting. Keep in mind that this is a children's doctor. The poor kids are antsy and crying adding to the frustration. They have no respect for people's time. An hour after the appt time, we were finally called back...for blood pressure and height/weight. Waited another hour in a second room. Same five minute chat before leaving...and never coming back. If they can't manage something as simple as scheduling, why would anybody trust them with their children!

We have gone to this Dr twice now and both times was the most awful experience. This time my 16 year old had EXTREMELY high blood pressure, she is not over weight and participates in sports so this was very concerning. This is a newer issue and only has been going on for a few weeks but after paying $720 with insurance and another 1.5 hour wait he told it was her diet. Last time all he talked about was her allergies of course we went to another Dr for a second opinion, we shouldn't have waisted our time again. I'm not saying she can't eat better but she has other minor issues and all he said is drink more water and eat salads. When we tried to check in my daughter got there 5 mins before I did and the refused to check her in bc they wanted their $720 first. My opinion is don't waist your time or money.

Do NOT waste your time! This man is a joke! We have been to him 4 times and every single time we are told for him to eat healthy and take allergy meds. My son takes allergy meds and eats healthy enough. He is by no means overweight. We will get a second opinion and never see this Dr again. I am not even sure how he still aloud to be a Dr.

As a pediatric dentist that has been in the Permian Basin for the last 28 years, I strongly recommend Dr. "Jim" (Cem Nasuhoglu M.D.). We are blessed to have such a skilled Pediatric Cardiologist in this part of the country.

Takes FOREVER to get results back. Never calls you back. Still waiting on results I tried other routes but he has to read results back to you since he was ordering physician. It's is Jan 4 and still no call. They sure want that money upfront. I want my results I did my part now how about doing y'all's!! It is now 7 and still no call. Will be getting all records and going to Lubbock. This doctor is a joke!!!
