I just had a check up with Dr. Shah at this facility. The positive attitude of the employees here impressed me. Terrance at the front desk will assist you with the check-in and check-out process with efficiency and a smile. The nurse, Maria, who took me into the examination room, was respectful and helpful. Dr. Shah spent time patiently explaining ways to manage my condition and the tests that are needed to monitor it. I left Heartplace Mesquite with a renewed determination to take better care of myself knowing I have the support of healthcare professionals who are clearly happy doing what they do.

Dr. Singh is extremely caring, considerate of my needs and my overall needs - not just related to cardiology. He is friendly, kind, with a great "bedside manner". His staff are all professional, attentive, and courteous. I've only had great experiences with Dr. Singh and both his Mesquite and the Greenville clinics and staff.

My husband came here for a chemical stress test. We first received a report that contained a summary from another patient. Then we get our bill and it doesn't match the insurance EOB. Insurance company said for them to resubmit it and when I called and asked the women was rude and said they would not. They are in a contract with my insurance company and are not supposed to bill the patient over the allowable rate. I have written them and they are supposedly reviewing the matter. We shall see.

They nickel and dime you trying to get as much as they can outside of insurance. Never get these types of bills from regular provider. When questioning "TRISH" at what apparently in a billing call center, she took great offence and got rude and dismissive with me. I will pay these bills however will be looking for another doctor. The second star is because the actual staff there were very nice.

I was asked to arrive 15 mins early to come pledge the check-in process before my exam for my echocardiogram scheduled at 8:30 am. I got there at 8:15 am but the doors were locked. I called and answering machine stated that they were closed and it will be open shortly. Why would they ask me to arrive 15 mins early if they were going to be closed? Such a waste of time. Went back to my car, came back at 8:30am and still doors were locked. I can hear the receptionists chitchatting. I literally had to knock at 8:34 am. One of the receptionist opened the door. No greetings or whatsoever. All she said was, "have a seat and I will be with you shortly". I mentioned that I was asked to arrive at least 15 mins early and she said the paper is so generic, and it's if you haven't completed your paperworks already. Seriously? Can you not specify that then? But if I were to be a little late, then my appointment would have been rescheduled. There is even a $50 cancellation fee (if the patient arrives more than 15 mins late) Not fair! unprofessional! Not satisfied with my service over all.
