Very impressed with Baylor. Dr Ayad is 10+++ Personable, common sense, not just out of med school. I'm a knowledgeable patient with lots of AI input that he listened to, read, and analyzed. Agreed with AI and appreciated my research. Not offended by "Dr. Copilot" and had no issues with my recording his suggestions. My wife almost changed cardiologists on the spot.

Dr. Ayad was great. His staff was great. The cardiovascular scan went well. The technician was competent friendly efficient and the patient portal was active and updated and I had immediate feedback from the doctor within 24 hours. Well done.

Excellent visit with Dr. Choi. She is very good at listening and you don't feel rushed. I received labs back the same day and she followed up the next day.

The PA was nice and courteous. She listened to me and asked me questions, it c was like she cared. She wasn't like some doctors who are arrogant and dismiss what you (patient) says because the patient is elderly. Thank you for treating me with dignity, all patients regardless of age have some dignity if nothing else.
