I have been a patient of Dr. Marc Crock for over 10 years, and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received. Dr. Crock is not only highly knowledgeable and experienced, but he also takes the time to listen, explain, and truly understand his patients' needs. My young adult daughter recently saw this cardiologist, and both my husband and I were present for the appointment. The experience was so frustrating and the doctor was so dismissive. From the moment we began asking questions, the doctor was condescending and rude to us. Instead of answering with professionalism or empathy, he responded in a way that was belittling and impatient. He rushed through the visit, barely gave my daughter a chance to speak, and seemed far more interested in moving her along than actually listening to her concerns. He also made assumptions, such as suggesting she was dehydrated, while a large water bottle sat visibly next to her. He never even asked her how much water she gets each day. It was clear he was not paying attention or taking the time to assess her as an individual. His demeanor was annoyed and impatient. After the appointment, my daughter told me she felt deeply uncomfortable and doesn't want to return. That alone speaks volumes. We will find a new doctor, one that can take the time to treat her with respect.

I'm a new patient and had some questions on my statement, I called and reached the billing office and they were so helpful! It was a relief to be able to get ahold of a person (here in Texas) to help explain my bill to me and take my payment. Thank y'all!

This is one of the few appointments I don't dread attending. The staff is always so friendly and helpful! I always leave with peace of mind knowing this office genuinely cares about their patients. 5 out of 5 stars would definitely recommend!!!
