I chose Dr. Tseng because her clinic is only five minutes from home, and my husband had a positive experience there. It took several days to reach the front desk, and after securing an appointment, I waited almost three weeks for my visit. Unfortunately, I never got to see the doctor because both appointments were cancelled. The reason was that I didn't reply quickly enough to a confirmation message that lacked clear instructions. It didn't include a deadline or mention that the appointment would be cancelled if I didn't respond in time. I received it at 12:27 p.m. and was informed at 4:53 p.m. that my appointments were cancelled. Clearer communication would greatly improve the patient experience.
