Dr. Angela Tseng, MD

I chose Dr. Tseng because her clinic is only five minutes from home, and my husband had a positive experience there. It took several days to reach the front desk, and after securing an appointment, I waited almost three weeks for my visit. Unfortunately, I never got to see the doctor because both appointments were cancelled. The reason was that I didn't reply quickly enough to a confirmation message that lacked clear instructions. It didn't include a deadline or mention that the appointment would be cancelled if I didn't respond in time. I received it at 12:27 p.m. and was informed at 4:53 p.m. that my appointments were cancelled. Clearer communication would greatly improve the patient experience.

The receptionist attitude is very worst and rudely. I am a new patient want to check my heart with Dr. Angela Tseng. Finally, I found other doctor due to the receptionist.

I did not get a chance to see or talk to Dr Tseng, but her receptionist is horrible. She is rude and impolite. I did not even finish my question and she interrupted me impatiently saying "sir, you are not listing". I will stay away from this office if they keep an employee like this.

Excellent patient service, friendly, and got me in and out with a smile :). Angela brightened my day, she was fun and easy to work with.

The receptionist is horrible, she is rude and impolite to patient. I will give a negative stars to this rude receptionist. Not recommend anyone to this office.
