Dr. Chan was an amazing find. I can't express enough how comfortable I was with asking questions, getting advice, and being able to be an open book without fear of feeling embarrassed. There are not many doctors out there who walk in the room and immediately put you at ease without saying a word. While the reason for this review is to praise the caring nature of Dr. Chan, I feel it would be irresponsible to leave out his staff. The office lead and technicians were amazing as well. The gentleman who mapped the veins in my arms and chest was professional and caring, yet funny. The front desk and technicians were courteous and prompt but always had a smile on their face. I am not one to typically post a review either positive or negative but Dr. Chan and his staff deserve this and I wish I could do more. Thank you Dr. Chan and staff for taking a situation I was truly nervous about, and letting me walk out with a sigh of relief and a smile on my face. Thank you, thank you, thank you. All the best
