Best experience with a doctor/doctors office I have ever had. I never have questions when I leave and Dr. Eades always makes sure I understand everything before leaving and they have worked so much for me and really stayed on top of all the paperwork and insurance appeals and everything needed for my care. I wish I could describe my whole experience here but there aren't enough words. The work they have done for my health has given me hope during the hardest 7 months of my life and it feels amazing to feel like I have a real chance at a normal life again.

I had a horrible experience at this office. Specifically with the front office staff who are rude and lacking in compassion and care. I was told to wear a heart monitor for a week and then was never given the results. They called me as I was there for my appointment in the parking lot to tell me that they would not be giving me the results because my insurance was out of network. I offered to be cash pay, but they said because I had insurance I had to use it. I've been in the medical field my entire life and never heard of such a nonsense. I will never step foot in this office again because of the way I was treated. The people working in this office should not be working in customer service.

I find Dr. Eades to be friendly, nice and pleasant, but more importantly he listens to the questions I have about aspects of my health. He takes time to explain why I am experiencing some symptoms I have described and how it should be treated. My experience with each visit to Dr. Eades office is positive and I have a lot of confidence in his advice concerning my health. Thank you doctor! And his staff is very professional, pleasant and friendly.

My wife and I saw Dr Eades via referral because we are relatively new to McKinney. The front staff was welcoming and we were seen in a reasonable amount of time. Dr Eades had reviewed our paperwork prior to seeing us, so he was familiar with our history. We were pleased with the amount of time he spent with us. We did not feel rushed. He made some suggestions regarding my wife's medication that we were pleased with. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I did my research and very thankful to have found Mr. Eades. The last heart doctor I saw was literally drying my body out with the meds I was on. Dr. Eades has helped fix my issues. His staff together with himself are very easy to talk to they take the time to listen and are on top of all your needs. Taking the time and making sure that what needs to get done for you gets done. I would happily give him infinite stars. If you aren't happy with how you feel seeing your current heart specialist I suggest a change. This office will take very good care of you!!
