Dr. Singh was born in Ambala, India, and grew up in Delhi, India. While teaching business organization, law, and statistics at Delhi University, Dr. Singh's father suffered two heart attacks and underwent a coronary angiogram. Dr. Singh accompanied his father to the United States to receive a coronary artery bypass graft surgery at Texas Medical Center, becoming intimately involved in his care as he did not speak any English.

Do all the various tests really necessary? With end result being no resolution to the root cause. One should not have to pay to get copy of test images. Envision Imnaging and various other doctors do not charge to share images of tests performed with patients. It is good for patients to be well informed thus the reason patients want to go over and review the results.
