Great doctor! Didn't wait long, staff is great and efficient. That was my initial review with 5 stars. Everything went downhill from there. Can't EVER get a hold of anyone in office. Kept getting told dr will call me with results and months later still waiting. This happened multiple times. Won't be returning.

Rude staff, always changing appointments for doctors' personal schedules and if you go, get ready to wait an hour in the patient room before you see your doctor. Seek a cardiologist anywhere else but at BS&W.
