God forbid you have an emergency and try to reach them for a follow up - as instructed by the urgent care provider - after having visited an urgent care.
Being an existing patient it was sad to see such bad front desk service to patients.
After not hearing back for over a week - I visited the urgent care for a second time only to get advised to go to the ER eventually for any further care after they heard my situation with my primary care provider.
As a provider, she is excellent. But these are situations that are like life and death and really from the doctors pov - breaking the Hippocratic oath.
I wish Mrs Ashfaque MD all the best.

I went to this office for an annual physical.
1. The front desk lady is not friendly.
2. The waiting time is too long.
3. Even though I told them this is an annual physical and it should be covered by my insurance, they still charged me for an office visit.
4. The doctor didn't do anything for the annual physical, she just ordered the labs.

Dr Ashfaque is always very kind and professional. I did wait to see her quite awhile after my scan, nearly 90 min. However, she apologized as she got caught in traffic taking her family to the airport. It would have helped if one of the staff could have updated me every so often during my wait.
I do trust Dr Ashfaque to always make me well informed of my vein issues and explaining all of my options for treatment. I do highly recommend her. One tip that makes check in quick is to do it ahead of time. I do like that option plus the patient portal is a great place to read my visit summary in case I forgot what was said. Thank you Dr Ashfaque!

She explained everything she was doing as she was doing it and I felt very comfortable and confident.
