Girls so rude never acknowledged me . Had to use restroom was told itl was busy but that she let me know. Time passed n I'm allrrady holding my bladder... The girl disappears . N I'm still holding it got up. Not got acknowledged. Like if I was invisible till I asked if restroom was still being used n If not that if could go in.. mind u this was like 29 minutes no one was in restroom.. lying . Rude .. conceited.. no empathy no respect

Arrived with a question and concerns for upcoming procedures. They explained the situation to me and put me at ease with the process. Will definitely recommend them in the future.

I have nothing bad to say specifically about Dr. Kanneganti. I have seen her once at her previous office and our visit was pleasant and thorough. My issue is, and always has been, with her staff. They are rude and unnecessarily aggressive. When I matched her aggression, the young lady calmed down. I was looking to transfer to the new office, but I think I will reconsider.
