Couldn't get help with checking if my insurance is active so I can get seen. So im rejected as a patient until i can call . Its the small things that don't take up too much time where staff can help with to make patients feel welcomed instead of telling me to call my insurance myself. It definitely takes longer for me to call in person that it would have for them to type my ins id into the system where it would just show if I was active.

HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF-I work for a nationwide wheelchair company and my coworker and I have tried 4 times to get medical documents signed since May that need to get signed for a patients much needed wheelchair we have not been able to get ahold of anyone in the office. We call and someone picks up phone then hangs up or we are on hold for 10-15 min at a time not able to leave a voice mail. This office is holding up patients in need of not being able to get what they need due to the office staff, I had to give a 1 star just to post but this really needs a 0 star.

The person answering the phones does not even speak English. I called to inquire about when my next appointment was. She asked me for my birthdate in Spanish and I answered her in English. Then she asked my name. Then in Spanish she asked if I wanted a morning or afternoon appointment. I asked her do you speak and understand English? I'm asking when my next appointment is. She just put me on hold and I have since called several times back and she won't answer my calls. Stay away from this office. The Dr doesn't care

This doctor and their staff have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. We've been desperately trying to get important documents signed for our grandmother, and despite repeated calls and voicemails, they've ignored us. The staff is rude, constantly puts us on hold, and now it seems they've blocked our numbers entirely just because we kept following up. This isn't just bad service -- it's neglect, and it's impacting someone's health and well-being. We're looking into reporting this office to the Texas Medical Board and the Department of Health and Human Services because no family should be treated this way during a time of need. If you value communication, empathy, and basic professionalism -- look elsewhere.

The doctors are okay, the nurses staff should get customer serve training or they should be in a different profession. They do not seem to want to help patients. Being kept on hold for over 20minutes and then told someone will call back and no one calls back is totally rude. Same issues with other reviews say a lot about the doctor office. Poor customer service. The doctors should review these reviews to address the issues with their office staff or there will be a lot of reporting to Medicare and insurances.
