My husband and I recently visited his cardiologist's office and, unfortunately, were seen by his rude physician assistant. During the appointment, I attempted to ask several questions regarding my husband's condition and our concerns, but the PA repeatedly ignored me and continued speaking without acknowledging my questions. My husband was not feeling well at the time, and his discomfort was also disregarded. We were very disappointed by the lack of professionalism, communication, and compassion shown during this visit. Patients and their families deserve to be treated with respect and attentiveness, especially in a cardiology setting. I sincerely hope this matter is addressed to ensure better patient care in the future.
