Dr Rashid is great. However been trying to get my medication refilled for over a month. The desk never answered and doesn't return messages. Even had the pharmacy try to contact them and nothing. I'm now at the ER trying to get my heart medication refilled because the staff there is incompetent at answering phones or returning messages

I was referred to Dr. Taylor by my back specialist for a pre-operative check up. The referral was faxed Sept. 25. I called to make an appointment 2 weeks later, since they had not contacted me. I was scheduled for Oct. 14. When I came to the office, the receptionist was rude, said I did not have an appointment, and that she would not schedule an appointment for me. I went back to the referring group, where an appointment was made for me with a different cardiology group. By the time I got home from setting up the new appointment, I had a message to call Premier to set up my appointment, since they had received my referral on October 14, two hours after the appointment they said I did not have. Coincidence? I don't think so!

I was thoroughly unhappy with this facilities lack of submitting referral in timely manner, lack of communication, and difficulties reaching someone in their office when attempting to call. This has been the worst experience I have had in the 30 years I have resided in the DFW area. I would have given a zero if possible for the Mansfield location off Regency road. Flat out incompetence with a lack of care and concern for me as a patient.

Dr. Patel was absolutely wonderful and his passing broke my heart. Dr. Lathia did a fabulous job at seeing both his patients and Dr. Patel's patients for over a year and took very good care of me. Please be aware if you continue at this practice you will not receive the same incredible care you have become accustom to. The office staff is still delightful and very helpful, but I was totally unimpressed with the new cardiologist. He stood leaning on the exam table while I was sitting in a chair the entire visit, he never listened to my heart, he had the PA scribing for him on the computer and when he said I needed a stress test performed, it was apparent neither had looked in my chart to see I had one done 6 months ago. When I got up to the front desk the PA had listed that I needed a test that the doctor never mentioned or intended for me to have, so you better be paying attention. This process seems more like a cattle herd than patient care.

Professional staff but their refund process is ridiculous. It took forever to get a hold of someone in their billing department. Took multiple calls a few times a week to get someone than their automated system. When we finally got a hold of them, they told us it would take two weeks for a refund and it has been almost over a month. We have been dealing with this for a total of three. I won't use this company again.
