Palm Primary Care - Mansfield

Andrea is an exceptionally knowledgeable provider who took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns. Millie was equally caring and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient.

Andrea Torrey, the nurse practitioner, was so kind and knowledgeable. She genuinely listens to any concerns you might have. Andrea did a thorough physical exam and in no way acted rushed during our visit. The office staff, medical assistance, and lab technician were also truly amazing. I highly recommend Palm Primary Care in Mansfield.

This was my 2nd visit to this location. I followed Dr. Jerry McKenzie to Palm. The initial visit was a bit much due to the wait time and the front desk was very crowded (multiple staff and various conversations occurring simultaneously). This visit was a bit more pleasant. Staff was friendly in person and via phone when there was a change w/ my appt. I saw Dr. Sherry. She was helpful. It seemed she needed to warm up to me (flat affect), but overall gave helpful tips. The young lady (African American w/ beautiful hair) was very pleasant as well. I will return to see Dr. McKenzie. Thnx Palm!

Dr. Torrey was amazing and the MA. I was able to discuss my issues with no problem. They thoroughly listened and provided great information to me. I scheduled my physical with them as well. Nothing beats a one stop shop.

Updating my review and stars to reflect excellent care provided by Dr McKenzie.. I was given an appointment sooner and had a really good experience. He took time and listened to my concerns and had a follow up call to discuss my lab results. ............................................................................................................I had a super disappointing experience at this facility today. I had an 10 AM appointment and got there on time. Front desk lady asked me to sign in and a few minutes later she mentioned that I cannot be seen today because they were having plumbing issues and asked me to reschedule it one month later. I understand these issues can occur but they did not bother to call me and let me know before hand. I had to take time off of my work to make this appointment. Also, surprising they were seeing other patients and had some waiting in the lobby but it was me that they could not see today and not even call to let me know. I hate to write reviews like this as this does not reflect care provided by the doctors. I hope this would be taken seriously by the management.
