DivineTouch Medical Center Mansfield

Upon entrance DivineTouch already felt like home. They had snacks and water, cozy sitting, tv for entertainment and the rest rooms were clean. The front desk staff were super helpful and professional, happy to help with anything you may have needed. I did have a little wait time due to them being behind but they acknowledged that with me and others to let us know and kept us updated which was appreciated. My medical assistant was super thorough with getting my vitals and understanding what I was there for. I couldn't get into my original PCP or OBGYN to figure out what was happening with me but DivineTouch was there. The Doctor was also super informative, professional and helpful. Needless to say, DivineTouch will be my new PCP home. As a Black woman it's always comforting being able to see other people who look like me in the field. Keep up the good work y'all!

My provider took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The whole team at Divine Touch Medical is awesome. The atmosphere is relaxed, the front desk and technician are very kind and professional. They have a welcoming demeanor and always willing to help. My visit with Olivia Ciccone PA-C was awesome. Her energy and genuine manner made the experience very pleasant. She address all my concerns professionally and with a smile. I'm a new patient and I couldn't be more pleased! The staff is very nice and helpful! It pleases me when they make that effort to pronounce my actual name Dr. Ola-Peters makes me feel comfortable and likes to cross-point all corners to make sure nothing is missed. I've enjoyed my recent visits.

She listens with so much patience and never makes me feel rushed. I always leave her office feeling cared for and reassured because she takes the time to explain things in a way I understand. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients, and that means a lot.
