I felt as though that Dr. Jenkins has my best heart health at the top of her priority list. Love her approach going forward of what her priorities are for me. I traveled 5 hours to see Dr. Jenkins , I have zero apprehension and will gladly do it as often as she recommends. Highly recommend Dr. Jenkins.

I am lucky to have Dr. Leigh Jenkins as my cardiologist. She is a wonderful person that just happens to be a warm, friendly, and wise doctor. Her professional office staff and knowledgeable medical caregivers are exceptional. The entire cardiology department are courteous listeners. As an aging senior, they have provided me superior healthcare and have contributed to my quality of life!!! I am thankful to have such a wonderful team

(Dr. Jose Suarez, MD) Today, my friend's 30-year-old son drove four hours to see his cardiologist, forgetting to take into account the one-hour time difference. He arrived 18 minutes late; the office allows a 15-minute grace period so they refused to check him in. The patient was already in the parking lot, and his mother was inside attempting to check him in on time, but the staff told her they would not process the check-in until he was physically in the office. Staff checked with the doctor to see if he would go ahead and see the patient, he refused. I understand that policies exist for a reason, but the lack of flexibility, especially after such a long trip by an existing patient reflects the level of consideration patients can expect at this practice. My friend's son will be scrabbling for a new doctor in his area before his prescriptions run out.

This review is strictly for the customer service and calling in for appointments. I waited on hold for over 2 hours. It's 5 in Texas now (I'm in NM), so I'm assuming they're closed. I tried to avoid calling and rather tried to set up my account portal, but it said to contact the clinic because I didn't have credentials. I even called on a second phone just to ensure I wasn't forgotten, and waited on hold for over an hour before going up on the second phone. This is inexcusable.

If you have to be sick.....this is the place to go. Dr. Swaminath and the rest of the team work like a well oiled machine. I was seen at my appointment time by knowledgeable people. Would not hesitate to return if necessary.
