Dr. Carothers is a nice and patient doctor. However, his staff is the rudest I have ever encountered. Each year when I have my appointment, I regret continuing being a patient because of how his staff treats his patients. I have seen Dr. Carothers for around 10 years, but after my most recent encounter with his staff, I have decided to change cardiologists. It's sad how a doctor's staff can run patients off even when the doctor himself is kind and sincere.
Dr. Carothers is a nice man but the last few times I have had an appointment I have had to wait about an hour to see him. When he orders lab work for you his staff never calls with the results. I have called 3 times now. The results are in but he hasn't looked at them. Also if you call concerning your bp or anything get ready to make several calls before you actually get an answer. I think it's time to find a new cardiologist.
Dr Carrothers is wonderful, caring, and thorough. I have a complicated history, but he is proactive in my care and I feel like I'm in very good hands. The wait time is usually less than 20 minutes.
Dr. Carothers is a very nice man who takes his time and listens, very nice man. With the exception of a nice male LVN the rest of his staff are rude. Please and thank you go along ways!
Dr. Carothers is a blessing to me and my family. Thank you Dr. Carothers for being there for me. So sad I can't keep you as my physician. I owe you my life , God Bless!
