I see Dr Strefling! I can't say enough for him! I drive to Lubbock to see him. He's very professional and caring for my wife and I! I have sent my family members and friends to him! He takes care of my sisters and brother n law's! My son will start seeing him as well. He always listens to you and ask questions about how you're feeling! Dr Strefling is top notch in my books. I highly recommend him!
Dr Otabachi is a very kindhearted and caring doctor! He explains everything to you and makes sure you understand everything. The staff are also very helpful and so friendly! Love my experience! I absolutely love my doctor and his staff!! I highly recommend him as he's very professional and listens to you and treats you with respect!
The front desk ladies seem to be nice! So did the nurses! But then I over heard them talking to Dr waits saying why is she here if we go over there well I went because I been having strange things happening and ghe next appointment was to far so I am trying to figure it out. Dr Waits was rude as hell doesn't really listen to what you have to say went off of what the ER doctor said kept saying I have anxiety which I have had a before and know what it feels like. And said I am over weight which yes I know that but I will loose weight then what. When I said no I dont believe I have anxiety. He said then what is wrong with you well If knew I wouldn't be in his office. At the end he told me all I can do is do I ECO and blood work.
The doctors are excellent, but the front office staff does a poor job keeping appointments on time. It seems the doctors need an intermediary staff member to prepare documents/information pertaining to each patient's visit. This addition would greatly increase the efficiency of each visit.
Staff is great, my doc is great, the wait was over 90 minutes, was not happy that no one checked in with me to let me know what was going on. And they misplaced my chart, ugh
