Today I had a heart catheterization with Dr. Dahal & Staff administering the procedure. I had a 95% blockage of a tiny artery. He was able to resolve without stents and no major surgery. Praise God for the skills and the guidance to the Medical Professionals. Thanks to all the care for me and the other patients.
Dr Dahal was very professional and caring. He explained everything to my understanding. He explained options of treatment, risks involved and expectations. I had a question post visit about holding meds pre-op and I received an answer to my question thru the clinic portal the same day I asked. I have confidence in Dr Dahal's judgment and abilities, and would recommend him to anyone needing cardiac intervention.
I had heard good things about Dr Dahal from my retiring cardiologist. He made some minor tweaks to my medication and suggested getting a fresh stress test and heart catheter evaluation since it had been a long time since my last tests. Turns out there was much more blockages than I expected from my fairly normal ekg and exercise tolerance. All of which he was able to correct during the heart catheter procedure. But my favorite part was the sheer delight in his voice and face as he showed me the restored blood flow video as he softly said "it's beautiful". I appreciate both the expertise of his decision making and his interventional work and the joy he feels in helping people through it.
I was very impressed with my first visit! My wait time was much shorter than expected. Normally, was amazing; she was: friendly, professional and very personal. I'm very happy with my selection of Dr. Dahal as my cardiologist, I love how patient he was with me and how he explained everything simply to me. I think we'll be a good fit!
Dr. Dahal was very attentive to my situation and he made me feel very very comfortable. The nurse checked me in and she was also very very nice. I fell when going in for these kind of things it's important that you're able to feel like someone really cares and that's the way I felt, for this, I thank you both.
