I had a bad motorcycle wreck Monday evening 11/17/25 and was rushed to trauma 1 by ambulance. After all the X-rays and finding out everything that was fractured, broken and lacerated, I went up to the icu. This is my first experience with fractured anything. Let me just say this... THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO CARED FOR ME AND MADE SURE I WAS OKAY AND THERE FOR ME!!! Despite my injuries, the whole hospital staff that cared for me made me feel welcome and cared for. I wish could thank each and every of them in person for all they did! From the first responders on scene, to the ambulance and trauma room, to the icu doctors and nurses. I can't thank yall enough!!! I even decided to make it a more memorable experience and get engaged while there haha. I also really enjoyed having a laugh with all the staff at Longview Regional! I know y'all enjoyed my jokes as I enjoyed yours! Thank all of you once again for the kindness, care and hospitality I was given there. God bless everyone and their families. Especially through Thanksgiving coming up and Christmas. I'd give my stay 20 stars, but unfortunately they only let me put 5 haha. I do wish I could've had some pink grippy socks just for humor reasons though

All doctors and nurses were extremely helpful in explaining and understanding what I was going through. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about my surgery and leading up to my knee replacement surgery. From the girls up front to Dr Stanley. Jordan and David Nurse's Gabby and Cheyenne. To all nurses in pre op and the day surgery. Thank you ALL. Great staff. Great job. I appreciate all you did.

This hospital is extremely dirty, and several doctors come in and out to bill you when they have absolutely no hand in your condition. I had at least 2 positionscome in and not say a word to me and then leave. I don't appreciate abusing Medicare this way. I was extremely hot in the room so they brought a fan, the fan was so dirty I couldn't believe it. [Photos attached}
Since my problem was Pulmonary, you would think that they wouldn't put anything dirty in front of me, but that wasn't the case. I could go on and on, but it won't do much good. I do think that they need to make a change on the cleanliness and professionalism of their nurses and doctors. I'm not saying it was all bad. I did get lucky with a couple of nurses and two people from respiratory. I would so appreciate a call back on these matters and not to bury them in the mix. This is constructive criticism that should be taken very seriously and should be addressed immediately.
Best Regards

I had lithotripsy for kidney stones, a day surgery here at LEMC one week ago. Checking was was easy, quick and the receptionist was great and made sure my family and I understand everything. My appointment was at 8:30 am and I didn't get back to surgery until 11:00. My only concern is one of the nurses had some type of cold that I later caught. The staff and nurses and everyone was upbeat, funny, took the edge off of my nervousness and anxiety. I felt I was in the hands of professionals. I appreciate each of them! I was in so much agony and pain and was cared for to the best of their ability. I recommend this medical center!

I just wanted to reach out and compliment, brag on, and give my thanks for the absolutely wonderful care I received today. Every single employee of Longview Regional were not only exceptional in their chosen field, they were warm, personable, compassionate, and just what I needed at that moment. I am a Registered Nurse and have worked in ICU for the majority of my career. I think you should know what a golden team you have. Everyone from the ER, to radiology, CT, to ICU were so friendly, smart, and wonderful. I would also like to take a moment to brag on Dr. Taylor in the ED. His bedside manner is head and shoulders above others. He was warm, kind, funny, compassionate, and reassuring. I also have to brag on him for his obvious love in educating others. I can tell what a wonderful person and mentor he is. Anyone in his care or on his shift are definitely blessed. My head was definitely spinning with everything going on, so I apologize that I didn't get everyone's name who had a hand in my care. Please look up my record and give them all the acknowledgment possible. As a healthcare facility you are most definitely blessed to have these individuals on your team. Oh and I was pleasantly surprised about how delicious lunch was. Thank you to food services for that as well. Thank you again and many blessings to your incredible team.
