Walked in 11 a.m. w vertigo. The waiting time was minimal, and tho i spent hours there having multiple tests, tests were done as quickly as possible. Nurses & staff were friendly & courteous; at all times professional. The IV nurse was excellent! Dr Meecham was very thorough & kind. Sudden Vertigo can be a stroke sign as well as an inner ear problem. He was careful to rule out stroke, which was very reassuring. It was full moon days so ER was exceptionally busy, yet everyone stayed calm & proficient.

Went into the ER Sunday night because I could not breathe after 3 weeks of having bronchitis. I have had coughing fits that make me throw up and cause me to have a hard time breathing. While I got into see someone very quickly I do not feel like any of my concerns were listened to. As I struggled to tell the "doctor" or whoever she was what was wrong while I could not breathe she looked at me with contempt as if I was putting on an act. The took my oxygen and told me it was fine and to just breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth. When I got out into my rook my nurse was as sweet as could be. She checked on me often and gave me medicine to help with my coughs and provided me a bag each time I had to throw up from coughing. After 3 hours, tests, and x rays the doctor came in and told me everything looked fine and although I could not breathe the entire time I was never offered a breathing treatment, inhaler or ANYTHING to help me catch my breath. I accepted that she told me everything was fine and asked "what would you suggest when I have a hard time breathing". She said "I know it's scary but just try to breathe through it". Clearly I can't breathe through it which is why I'm asking. She prescribed me two cough suppressants and sent me on my way. It was only the NEXT day that I realized I was sent home with the WRONG PERSONS DISCHARGE PAPERWORK!!! When I call to get my own paperwork sent over they told me I have to come pick up my paperwork. I'm dog sick in bed why would I want to leave the house and pick up paperwork that they screwed up ? This was my first and my last time going to regional. I had a horrible experience and felt as if I was not cared for by anyone but my nurse who did all she could to make me comfortable. If you want to visit an er that actually cares this is not the one.

I had surgery on December 4th and i had some pain between my shoulder blade to the top of my shoulder. It was/has been hard for me to use my arms with any kind of movement. When Dr. Easley came in i told her what was going on and asked if they would do some imaging just to make sure there wasn't a cyst or anything that was causing the pain. She said there wasn't any need in imaging and that it was probably just a muscle spasm. I got angry and left. I went to hospitality because i knew they would actually do some imaging. Come to find out, i did have a 1cm seroma. Nothing serious but the fact still remains that if it would've been larger or infected, your Dr. Easley would've never known because she just made an assumption. Another reason i thought it might've been a cyst is because i had similar symptoms after i had my back surgey and that's what it was. My doctor may be affiliated with your hospital but as far as I'm concerned i'll won't be returning to y'all's ER unless it's a dire emergency.

Rude, Horrible, Degrading, Ignorant.
The WORST ER VISIT I have ever had!!!
The ER Dr. was so involved in Her "Godliness" that she got her feelings hurt so SHE DENIED ME pain meds out of spite because I had to take a phone call from "your" hospital concerning a missed appt due to ME being in the ER.
I was finally Admitted due to severe headache, light sensitivity, dizziness...
I came due to having a seizure but it felt like I had ALL THREE at the same time!!
((Seizure-Stroke-Heart Attack)) as I have had ALL 3 before!!!
ALL your "techs" were Marvelous but the actual Drs AND NURSES were HORRIBLE!!
EVERY MEAL WAS INCORRECT!!
I realize there is a nurse shortage but, WOW, to completely ignore severe pain is inhumane!
*THEY SAW a 70 year old female,
useless person, and didn't care!!
I am a VERY active, hard working woman and to be so weak and then ignored put injury to injury!! YES, I have times, dates of the ignorant nurses
"PASSING THE BUCK" OVER & OVER!
It isn't my fault...
The other nurse didn't tell me...
I forgot, we have so many patients...
I wasn't told...
*I didn't know you were a bleeder so that is why you were bleeding out...WHAT???
She even said, "I don't go snooping around in the files, you should have told me".
SHE WAS THE NURSE!!!
SO, SO MUCH MORE!!
## PLEASE Investigate These!!

They got me in a triage room at midnight. Right away the doc came in and they started an IV with fluids and took a urine and blood sample. HOURS ago by and just when I think surely someone is about to come in here, the nurse comes and says doc wants to do a cat scan. So I wait about 20 minutes and they come get me for that, then I'm literally left in that room with nobody checking on me for 4 more hours! And then when I was released at shift change, oh well we couldn't find anything wrong so we are just sending you home. By the way we don't have any discharge papers or anything for you either. Our system went down ...... and that was that!
