I won't use any other Urgent Care facilities. They are simply the best from front door valet parking so you don't have to walk, to having a massage therapist on duty. Everyone is so nice and eager to help. You can tell everyone on this team loves there job and wants to be here. They made me feel comfortable emotionally and physically. Always offer snacks, make I stay comfortable with my pain level! I will always recommend hospital full of amazing staff!!! Hands down the best care ever!

Overall, the care here is usually very good. However, there have been a few instances where the way swabs were performed was unnecessarily rough. I've been here many times, and I know the swab does not have to be pushed that far back. Some staff members have gently and appropriately swabbed without any issues. This time, I specifically explained my concern to Austin because I've previously had nurses jab the swab too far into my nose. Despite this, he did exactly what I asked him not to do. I believe it was intentional because he then proceeded to swab normally afterward. He also stated that he needed to get "snot," while gripping the swab tightly, even after I told him he was jabbing it, which was very upsetting. Following that, he was also forceful during my IV insertion. I have never had issues here before, so this stood out. It wasn't the facility as a whole--just certain staff members. From the moment I arrived, the rest of the staff was attentive, professional, and quickly helped me feel better. I was taken to a room promptly, had my chest checked, and received excellent care as I always have

I want to thank all staff that took care of my 14yr old son. He was in so much pain he was in tears. Everyone that helped him was phenomenal There were so many staff that attended to his needs, I cant even name you all. But you all know who you are and Maddox is now sleeping like a baby. I am grateful and love you all!

We were visiting from out of town when I had to take my daughter to the ER, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we walked in, it felt more like checking into a beautiful hotel than an emergency room. The facility is stunning, spotless, and thoughtfully designed--complete with a concierge, snacks, and even coloring books that made the visit far less scary for my daughter. What could have been a stressful situation was handled with such warmth and professionalism. Dr. Lugo and the entire team were absolutely amazing--thorough, kind, and incredibly helpful. We were in and out much faster than expected, and I left feeling so relieved and grateful for the care we received. If you ever need emergency care, especially with little ones, this is the place you want to be. Thank you for making a tough day so much easier!

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the team at the Hospitality location on McCann in Longview. You are all true heroes and angels. I brought my daughter in last night because I was terrified for her mental well-being--she recently suffered a miscarriage and, just yesterday, lost the love of her life to suicide. I truly don't know what we would have done without you. You cared for her with such compassion and made both of us feel safe. The nurses and staff hugged her, brought her a beautiful bouquet of flowers, and even signed a heartfelt card. I have never witnessed such kindness in any place before, and we will never forget it. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We love you all.
