He is an odd duck not a bad doctor, but maybe it's time to retire. Four years ago, he seemed much more into his job A few months back I was so disappointed in him. I never went back and found another doctor. Someone mention bedside manner he doesn't have one. I don't need a best friend. I need a good doctor, but he has changed. I will tell you if not for him I wouldn't be here now because he had a doctor. He asked me to meet with who saved my life by creating a pacemaker just for me because there was none for me. I'm sorry to see the change in Dr Mani Most of his front desk staff (not the ones in behind them. They are great FYI.) Seem to care less about the type of medical they are working for and have no sense of urgency or care about the patient. It is a big mess There are many wonderful people at the hospital there so don't let one person allow you to listen to what others say about the hospital A hospital is a building. It's the people in it. The final straw for me was because I was feeling so awful. I felt like before I got my pacemaker which changed my life dramatically into something good again. He told me let's face a pacemaker at your age is just a back up. I am 73 a pacemaker is not a back up. I use it 100% if I don't have it there is no backup. Unfortunately, my other doctor with him had left. No surprise there FYI. This doctor was wearing two hats when he shouldn't even be wearing one anymore Almost a year later, they still had not replaced the other doctor, highly skills and a different position If you have heart issues, go to The Woodlands At least for now . Pray that Dr Mani comes to his senses and gets back on the ball, but don't expect him to be Mr. personality no matter what that's not who he is

This man should have his medical license revoked. I went to him for shortness of breath and he did a stress test and echocardiogram. He told me everything was fine. Fast forward two years and I'm in severe heart failure. Turns out I have pulmonary arterial hypertension that has left the right side of my heart enlarged and leaking. The echo showed elevated arterial pressure but he ignored it. When I went back (the hospital advised me to see a cardiologist) he wouldn't even look at me. He kept his nose is my records and all he said was he wanted to refer me to a pulmonologist. The pulmonologist is the one who showed me the test results he had done and told me what I really had. Disgraceful!
