UTMB Health Primary & Specialty Care, Town Center

I get to take care of my elderly father and we are so happy with his care with all the doctors and all of the staff at UTMB.Jerikka who checks him in is always so kind and remembers us. Thank you for the care, the professionalism and mostly his health my dad is doing much better because of UTMB.

Nice facility. Has a calm clean vibe. Like that their is a lot of seating throughout the facility and your not sitting right next to each other. I appreciated seeing a nurse come out in the waiting area to calm and comfort a patient that was having a hard time. The patient that I was with was seen quickly .

Amazing health center. Ambient music plays and the decor here is breath taking. Very relaxing while you wait. This health center is very clean and well taken care of. Very kind and careing staff .doctors are very smart.

This was one of the most Organized, Furniture Set Up, Nicest and Best Looking by Far Facility I've been too. It was so different when I walked in with their lady up front to check ya in then you walk back to the back and sit and I was called not even 05 minutes later to go back. AWESOME

Sheila/Sherri E( I forgot her name; she had cornrow braids), and the other lady workers at the front entrance desk went above and beyond for my aunt who came in for an appointment, but fell ill. We were there at 8:30 am on 5/7/24. We received excellent and prompt service. They offered my aunt a wheelchair and a vomit receptacle. I wish I could remember all their names, but all those ladies at the front desk took great care of us. I'll never forget service like that. Highly recommend.
