I saw a billboard about Pad specialists, I contacted them after viewing their website. I was contacted and given appointment the following day for the following week on a Monday. My office visit was a very good experience, the staff was friendly. The service they provided was fast they did a thorough consult and gave me the results of their findings right away. From the initial phone call to aet up my Mom's appt, staff were friendly & courteous. The technician (I believe her name was Geraldine - I may be wrong. I know she said she had been there 2 years) was thorough in explaining everything she was going to do and ensured my mom was doing ok - checking her comfort level. Michelle was kind & professional. Adriana, the nurse practitioner was excellent. She thoroughly explained the results and, answered our questions. Receptionist was professional & friendly. Would give them 10 stars if I could.
So far My mom has received the best service, a procedure that took LMC 20 days in October 2021 and 16 days in April 2023 took them 4 hours today and she was sent home. I hope she is better now, will see her progress in the next couple of weeks, but I have got to say I am impressed at their punctuality, service and efficiency so far! Laredo is known for its horrible medical treatment and service this place gives me hope
