Im so mad with this clinic!! It a one hour drive from where we come . We get here minutes earlier , appointment was at 4:00 pm. We get here and the receptionist says your appointment is till 5:00 . I showed her the appointment card and she just didnt care !!!! A day before they had donde something like this , thats why they rescheduled us again today !! Time lost and money wise !!
Dr. Sosa himself is a fantastic doctor, but the office makes it impossible to give the clinic a good review. You can't get through on the phone, the nurse doesn't come in until 11am to check messages and rarely calls back, and today I showed up for my appointment made for 6pm that *they* made as I exited my last appointment - I'm including a scan of the card because I'm so annoyed- and the door was locked and I was told they were closed. The ladies at the cardiac-side desk said my appointment was in the system as 4pm and treated me like a liar and annoyed that they had to handle me. Not only did this waste my time, but now I have to wait yet another week after multiple times in the past few months where I needed to see my PCP and couldn't get an appointment or timely response. I would not recommend this office for your care while this is the level of customer service for their patients.
Worst experience in a doctor's office! I waited for 2 complete hours and they still wouldn't call my name. I had an appointment and that didn't matter. Went up to the front desk 4 times to ask how much longer it would be and they wouldn't tell me. I asked to reschedule because I couldn't wait any longer. They had no appointments till two weeks from now. Sadly you're just a number in their clinic and they truly don't care about the patients well being.
We have been waiting for 5 hours with no food or medication for my mother. This was a terrible appointment!
Worst experience ever. I would not recommend the clinic or services. I am the patient and I can choose my physician. Obviously everyone has the exact same opinion about this office. Same issue there is no structure or order to patient care. They required me to be fasting for an exam which I then had to wait 4 additional hours. I don't recommend it.
