He is very personal compared to the Dr we first saw within your office. My father is 89 yrs old and has had a stroke so there are a lot of things he doesn't understand that is why I accompany him to all of his appointments. The only thing I would say is that when the Dr puts someone on a new medication the doctors explain more of why you are giving a new medication, what the medication is being used for, if there are side effects, how long they anticipate the patient being on it, and what are the health risks. We do like Dr. Tolan but my 89 yr old dad is not going to change his way of eating.
