I had a virtual visit, I was ready and waiting for the video call from the doctor, after about an hour still no call. I called to the office to see what was going on, the person who answered couldn't find anyone to explain and he said he left a message for someone to let him know. After waiting another hour I called again and was told he was in a procedure and he should be available shortly. In total I waited almost 4 hours for my appointment.I completely understand emergency situations take priority but I fail to understand why someone didn't reach out to me and reschedule. This isn't an acceptable way to treat the patients. In general I've been pleased with the care I have received from Dr Tolan, but the office staff really dropped the ball on this.
