My experience with Dr. Lange was totally different than everyone else, it seems. Not sure why honestly. If I hadn't seen a picture of this guy online before going to my first appointment I would not have believed it was the same doctor with all these amazing 5 star reviews. I was very optimistic for my first appointment and left more disappointed than ever. He was never remotely friendly to me and was very cold and dry from the second he walked in the room. Absolutely ZERO compassion or care. He was dismissive and didn't take any of my concerns seriously. It was clear he was irritated with me while entering my medications in and didn't allow me to discuss more than a couple of my symptoms before making assumptions about me and my health. The whole appointment was demeaning and I really don't think he would have pursued any further testing if I hadn't given push back towards the end. It's hard enough dealing with these health issues as it is, and the last thing I needed was the one person that can help me at the moment putting me down because I don't "look" like I'm struggling. I told him how debilitating these issues were for me in my day to day life and he didn't even acknowledge it. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone, especially if you need help finding a diagnosis.

Dr. Lange has the best bedside manners than any other doctor at Scott and White. My mom and I both had triple bypass and Dr. Lange is our cardiologist. Whether I have an appointment or my mom does, he always asked how the other one is doing and if anything new came up. I would not trade Dr. Lange for any other cardiologist. Best doctor ever
