He's extremely knowledgeable and extremely patient with those who aren't so knowledgeable! I Dr Erb takes time to explain things in a manner that's easy to understand. Dede is also extremely good at helping you understand your situation. They certainly compliment each other. I've already recommended a friend to Dr Erb.
I did have to wait an hour to see Dr. Erb that day as he was in surgery. It was well worth the wait. When Dr. Erb arrived, he was very attentive & thorough in my appt. He provided me sugggestions, ordered some tests & will see me again to go over the results & offer any treatment I may need.
Appointment was delayed due to Dr. being in surgery. One patient that was also waiting put everything into perspective. When the staff member said the doctor was in surgery, she replied: That is ok because he is helping someone to get better, as I know he would be doing if it were me. The staff was very good at keeping us current on the delay.

Dr. Erb and his LVN were very attentive, kind, and caring. Dr. Erb took as much time as we needed to thoroughly review Mom's CT scan and answer all of our questions. He also asked us a lot of questions to get to know my mom. I felt like we were taken back in time; a good old fashion doctor-visit when doctors had the luxury to take the time to really get to know their patients! We are very grateful for the level of care we were given!
