I was very impressed with Dr. Tu Le and his entire staff. He took the time to listen to me and explain answers to my many questions. He was friendly and kind. The nurse Jessica was kind and patient and put me at ease. The girl who did the EKG was also very nice and last but not least was Christine. When I checked out I had forgotten to ask the Dr. one more question. She got the answer for me and called me at home. Very happy with my first visit.

I was at the office on time and was taken care of right away. The location is perfect for me - within 5 minutes from my home. The office staff was very friendly and answered my questions. Dr. Le helped me understand my medication. His assistant was nice and made it easy to get on scale (I hate this part) and taking my ekg. I was very happy with the appointment!

I am actually currently standing in the lobby of Dr. Le's Arlington office for my appointment. I had a 3:30pm appointment. I was caught in crazy traffic, got through one accident and called the office to say I would be running late. I was told I would be rescheduled if I was not at the front desk checking in at 3:45pm.
I check in from my car at 3:43pm and walk into the front lobby at exactly 3:44pm and got to the front desk at 3:45pm. Jennifer Hager, who was "manning" the desk, flat out refused to see me, even after I told her I had to get childcare for my newborn and blaze through a one hour drive. She said Dr. Le asked her not to check me in. Mind you, I was supposed to have been seen in May and THEY called me to reschedule because he was going on vacation! Ha, how funny, no? I gladly accommodated them.
Unfortunately this is the last time I will be coming here. The sheer lack of empathy and meanness from Dr. Le and his staff is mind blowing. I don't have enough words. They went against their own 15 minute policy because it was convenient to do so. It's late in the day and they want to go home. I work in healthcare. I know how this works.
*Update* - Your robot-generated response below validates my point - I clearly state the location and you all have my phone number. What a blatant display of "checking a box". If you truly care to make things right you wouldn't ask me to once again be the one to initiate contact. Sad.
***This office also retaliated against me by sending me a letter soon after I posted this review terminating me as a patient. It's not like I was going to go back there but it's important to let the public know. ***

Dr. Le has the worst bed side manners I have ever experienced. He was late, rude, condescending and insensitive. We left in the middle of the appointment and are never coming back to his care again. There are plenty of great cardiologists around, who treat their patience with respect and care they deserve. Stay far away from Dr. Tu Le!!

My visit with Dr. Tu Le was great. Everyone at Texas Health was professional and caring. Being my first appointment, he took his time to get to know me and my medical history. Wonderful.
