I went to my cardiology appointment today with Dr. Neeraj Badhey and as a result of my interaction with him, I will not be returning. When you enter the clinic everything is run like a finely oiled piece of machinery. There were 3 office staff moving patients through the check in process. I got there at 10AM, my appointment was at 10:15 and I was called back at that time. The RN who took me to the exam room did all the important bits (EKG, blood pressure) quickly and took all the important info to update my chart. Once she left, I waited alone in the exam room for almost 40 minutes. At 45 minutes, I called the front desk from my phone to remind them I was in the room waiting for the doctor. When the doctor entered he sat down at a desk, made zero eye contact the entire time. He was condescending and rude the 7 minutes we interacted. This has been the case the other two appointments I've had now. I chose to give Dr. Badhey the benefit of the doubt as I know doctors are under a tremendous amount of stress. I will say that if you are an individual that expects your medical doctor to be civil and not condescending, respectful and not dismissive then you will want to pass on Dr. Neeraj Badhey and choose another cardiologist in the area.

When it comes to pick a specialist and in my case a Cardiologist, I make sure I find the best. Dr. Neeraj Badhay and his staff at his Keller office is the best. At 73 years old it is important to find the best. Everytime I visit them at his Keller office, his staff are extremely friendly. Yolanda and M'Keisha at the front desk start your visit on positive beginning. They both are so friendly and will go out of their way to help with your paper work and get you all checked in. If I'm a good boy during the visit, they let me have a piece of candy. They also remind me to make sure I get my coffee after my visit. You don't want to be caffeine up when you are seeing a Cardiologist. For any Doctor, you have to make sure you hire great Nurse Practitioners to fill in when he is not available. Well, I can tell you Dr. Badhey has two that are fantastic. I feel very comfortable with their diagnosis. Buffy and Stella are his Nurse Practitioners. They review your health chart before they even see you. If there are any adjustments to be made in medication, they do not hesitate to put you on something that could help with something they see in my bloodwork that may need a boost. Alicia and Jenni are the are the nurses. They do a great job in the form of a triage like in a hospital. They thoroughly go over your records from last visit to insure if there have been changes made since last visit. They also take your vitals for the record. One thing that I love about these two, they do not rush you through it. I highly recommend Dr. Neeraj Badhay and his great team at his Keller office. Jake Squibbs

I have been seeing Dr. Badhey and his Nurse practitioner, James Rose, for approximately two years. Up until the last week of April 2024 I had great care. This review is rated due to Arlene, his nurse and Mary the scheduler for insurance approvals and test. Arlene was very nonchalant about returning my call regarding my health and symptoms I was having. Mary downright lied to me and stated to me on the phone , they were having a problem getting my referral from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas HMO approved. I couldn't believe the information I was given. I was told my appointment on May 2 had to be rescheduled. I was told an appointment would be available the same day I saw my primary care physician. Seeing my Primary Care Physician had nothing to do with this test. The approval for this test was listed under Authorizations on my Blue Cross Blue Shield app. This test was Approved on April 25, 2024. . My referral with Dr. Badhey was expiring in October. Arlene and Mary, will deal with you at some point in your visits. Until their employment separation, GOOD LUCK. It's unacceptable Arlene wouldn''t speak with the nurse practitioner within a 4 day stretch to discuss the option listed so my medication could possibly be changed. Mary downright lied to me on test scheduling. This practice takes referrals seriously, or so they say. Wonder if someone from management will reach out to me to discuss. Sooooo. A lady named Katie Borders reached out to me regarding my review. I sent Katie my telephone number via email to have a "chat". Katie has not contacted me further to resolve this matter. Additionally, I spoke with two people in this office, odd, no one has heard of Katie Borders. Another update, after my second post, I received ANOTHER email from Katie Borders... Apparently, Katie just couldn't figure out what facility or Dr.'s team I wrote my review about. REALLY??? I've since reported and filed a claim with BCBSTX to "hopefully" have this practice REMOVED from the HMO " group" moving forward. My question to anyone reading my review? If this practice can't manage paperwork, referrals, return calls etc. WHY WOULD YOU BE CONFIDENT in your HEALTH ASSESSMENT? Well, this is my final update...it is now July 2 and nobody has reached out to me to discuss the behavior of Arlene and Mary, who in my opinion should be placed on administrative leave until they have a clear understanding, current health coaching and follow-up of patients. I've since moved to Baylor Scott and White. I wasn't told to go to the emergency room as Arlene told me, due to not getting clarification on test and medication changes. I have received immediate care without lies, keeping me in a hold pattern and actually being told to go to the emergency room due to Arlene and Mary not doing their jobs correctly. I would think about visiting this team ...... and the consequences - you're better off finding a new provider for peace of mind, lower stress level and ACCURATE health care.

Everyone on staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and smiling. They were thorough in their questions and I never felt rushed in my responses. Dr. Badhey is an extremely compassionate and soft-spoken cardiologist. I am 100% satisfied and very happy to be included in their practice.
