Everyone was very friendly. The office spaces appeared pleasant and clean. Things were explained to me well in my appointment. Needed tests and follow ups were all easily scheduled within a month's time even though I asked for a very specific time of day window. My first experience has been very positive.

Excellent care very thorough. Really enjoyed how the doctor took the time to explain and also relate to me. This personal experience is missed from physicians today. Getting to know your patients and making recommendations that go with their lifestyle is a special kind of medicine.

Quick check in and move to examination room. Initial exam by nurse with blood draw again was very professional and prompt. Exam with PA Crystal Ayala was again excellent. Her review of prior visits and prescription was on mark and suggested test were appreciated. Have visited both Grapevine and Keller offices and found them both to be outstanding.

Short wait time. Entire staff friendly and put me to ease. the NP asked many questions assuring she knew what was happening or not happening. Would recommend to others.

Considering I went in there very nervous and stressed about what the results may be your staff was amazing! The two nurses that worked with me were some of the best I've ever had! They put me at ease and distracted while having to be tested! They deserve a raise! Lol
