Rajen Mehta, M.D., F.A.C.C.

Dr. Mehta's staff is horribly rude and does not take the time to get to know the clients. They do not return phone calls, transfer messages or even make an attempt to get important information to and from the doctor. When clients get upset, they ban them not only from this cardiologist, but from ALL cardiologists in the Katy area. They immediately stopped prescriptions, INR tests, and approval for procedures. The letter sent from the doctor said 30 days, however everything was stopped immediately. They are especially rude to clients that have neurological disabilities. Steer clear from this one!

Dr Mehta is great - friendly, attentive, informative, knowledgeable, an excellent doctor. The front office is the reason I probably wouldn't return. When checking out, I explained that I had met my insurance deductible and suggested to the employee that she should call to verify (and was surprised she hadn't already). She said she was too busy to call and would have to charge the full amount and I would have to get "on the list" for a refund (that phrase should have been a red flag for me). I have called three times on three different days and no answer and no call back. Mostly mad at myself - I'm old and a little slow - should have refused to pay the full amount.

Dr R Mehta had been nothing short of phenomenal. In 2013, he worked on my heart for 40 minutes after it stopped ( coded.. it that the medical term??). He brought me back, sent me to Memorial Hermann in the Med Ctr which was absolutely horrible!!! On my recheck he was concerned about why they had not inserted a pacemaker.. He did do which is probably why I am still here today. If I knew then in 2013 what a pathetic, broken world we live in today, I almost wish I went to Heaven then. He is a great, very gentle doctor that listens so well but is an even better human being...Absolutely incredible !!! Office and staff are outstanding.

Dr Mehta is so thorough, patient and kind. My husband and I both see him and love his bedside manner. His PA is also wonderful!

Schedule an appointment n I can't remember when I set the appointment for so I call to confirm n nothing no one answers n no email response either worst patient service I have ever gotten. After having my heart restarted 8x this office of a cardiologist is horrible.
