I scheduled a first time appt with NP Perez. Unfortunately I was 10 minutes late, I notified the office via the app. However upon arrival I was told I could not be seen. Also, that my insurance was not verified. I uploaded my insurance card to the portal prior to arrival, as this was a requirement. I then provided the physical card to the clerk. She confirmed my eligibility within 2 minutes. I inquired about the discrepancy; She could not tell me why. I would not recommend this office, as it is not reliable in terms of patient care. If the system is being relied on to input information it is not effective, as it is resulting in cancellations not in fault by the patient.

To be fair. I give a three stars review. Rude reception staff. They have great doctors Dr. Cai was caring, patient, friendly and very knowledgeable makes great suggestions however, the front Latina reception desk and check out staff was very unprofessional and unpleasant to speak to

All the staff is so kind and welcoming. Except for the receptionist that takes the appointments, she was so rude, She said "oh my God" (like she was so bored with my questions) and with a terrible attitude. I had to talk with the manager just to give my credit card info to pay for for my dad's appointment. Because apparently this was so hard for her.

This office was consistently the worst experience I have ever had with a medical practice. Front desk rude. Return calls not timely. Written orders by nursing wrong 4 times for the same order. LONG WAIT when no one in the waiting room.Office manager not helpful. Did not get to see Dr. Chung except for initial session. I had brought another family to the practice when I came. They are having the same kind of experience. Now looking for a caring doctor .

I really like Dr. Chung. He is knowledgeable and takes time with patients. My complaint is the office staff. I had gone for a check-up and to get meds refilled. When I checked with my pharmacy a few days later, they had never gotten the refills. It took me 5 voice messages to get to Dr. Chung's nurse. I finally got a call back. However, the refills were not complete when I checked back with my pharmacy. I called again and did get the nurse on the first call. We discussed the meds and she assured me that everything was complete. At this time, the pharmacy has all of the meds to refill. I also had blood work done and haven't heard of the results now going on three weeks. I called and asked but was told that the doctor was reviewing them. Now my husband made an appointment about three weeks ago. He took off work and went to the 11:00 appointment. When he got there to check in, they had no record of the appointment. The receptionist said that he could be worked in tomorrow, but of course he can't take another day off. They didn't offer to try to work him in today since he had taken off. There was no apology for the mistake. In fact they made him feel as if it was his fault. Needless to say, we are looking for another doctor who has a better organized office.
