My visit was Awesome , meeting with P.A. Jennifer whom explained & described everything to me at my visit. SHE is Awesome , at her profession, very friendly lady,courteous, prompt, very kind. I was excited to meet Dr. Hardee, it was a Pleasure , very professional man, and a professional experience , for me. The ladies at front desk were very Nice, A nice staff I met. Super fast service and great tech
One of the employees where the section area picking up the glasses was being so rude which basically my mother was speaking to ME in Spanish, telling me to asked if my father's glasses are ready as soon as the employee heard she's saying that she doesn't speak no Spanish and in my mind I was like Okay ma'am! Calm down I can speak English so there's no problem she needs to calm down with her tone of her's!!! But God blessed her with her job that she still have it instead of being jobless And of course my mother wants me to make a comment for her saying one of employee an African lady (she didn't catch her name) she was so kind to her(May God blessed herthank you)
