I was referred to here by my pcp for a preventative procedure. I show up and they want me to pay a copay for the 'initial consult'. There should be no copays for preventative care as per my insurance but they have figured out a way to bill the insurance by calling it an initial consult. Keep in mind I gave them everything they need from my previous procedure and i was due for one. One lady even suggested that they will try to figure out a way to get it refunded but will have to pay now for the consult. I called them out on their greedy practices and walked away. Two days later a lady calls me from their office to convince me about why they had to charge me a copay. She kept arguing with me without even taking the time to listen and understand. How arrogant and rude! They care more about the $ than taking care of the patients.

Worse's clinic ever. My lab results were in last week friday and today is Tuesday and ai haven't heard back from the Dr Porhurri or his PA. I went online to view my own lab results and there is something abnormal. I'm concerned ! Every time I call i get routed to their third party answering service out in India. I will be going elsewhere where . I don't reckoning this headache to anyone !
