I've been under the care of Dr. Tamerisa and Christina for almost two years, and the experience has truly been life-changing. After gaining a significant amount of weight for the first time in my life, I felt completely lost. With their professional, compassionate, and consistent guidance, I was able to lose over 50 pounds--and I feel better than ever. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Had my appointment at 930am. The staff at reception was very clear with the instructions as well as caring to offer my husband a cup of coffee whilst he waited. The nurse Hillary was so gentle with me in prepping pre op. She had me relaxed with nice family- friendly conversations. Idk why I expected to have pain and discomfort maybe from me being that way post op after 2 caesarean sections. I got calmed before and when they wheeled me into operation everyone introduced themselves to me. I finally met Dr Radha who was very warm and caring telling me what her plan was. I was immediately sedated and didn't know anything until when my husband and son were speaking with me. The recovery nurse walked me to the vehicle - I remember that but I was also super drowsy. I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy so I some slight discomfort just after but as I speak I'm doing well. I definitely recommend this specialist and this surgery center if required for your healthcare journey similar to mine.

Dr. Tamerisa is an outstanding physician. She is professional, compassionate, and truly listens to her patients. She never dismisses my concerns, always answers all my questions, and makes me feel supported. Finding a doctor who actually listens is rare, and I'm so grateful I found her. My health has greatly improved since coming to this clinic. Christina is also excellent, her guidance has been extremely helpful. She is warm, approachable, and answers all of my questions with patience and detail. I'm excited to continue working with her. Dr. Hong, on the other hand, has been a mixed experience. I initially thought this clinic had a holistic approach to healing, but when I mentioned that I was drinking cabbage juice for my GERD, she was dismissive and blamed it for causing my diarrhea. This was frustrating since I had already tested positive for H. pylori, which was the actual cause of my symptoms. She also discouraged me from getting an endoscopy, even though I was experiencing ongoing stomach pain. On the administrative side, Stacy has always been wonderful. She provides excellent customer service when scheduling my appointments and is a pleasure to work with. However, the rest of the front desk staff has not been as professional. I've overheard one staff member speaking rudely to patients on the phone while I waited in the lobby. In addition, when I received a call about a copay for a virtual appointment, I felt pressured and "hounded" even though I have always paid what I owe. Most recently, I received a message about my referral expiring, and when I texted if the office would notify me about insurance coverage, the response I got was a dismissive "yeah, we can," very unprofessional. Overall I am extremely thankful for the help I have received at this clinic. While I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere created by the doctors, I believe the front desk should still maintain a higher level of customer service

It's best experience i ever had with Dr office.Dr tamerisa take time to talk to me and explain everything to make sure I understand. Give me best advice. Office staff is fantastic, they help me with getting my medicine fast and they were very professional. Thank you everyone Good job

I have been a patient of Dr. Tamerisa for going on 20 yr's and every visit and procedure has been easy, friendly and without issue. Her staff never makes you feel like just a number. Can't even contemplate changing doctors. Great medical care with a heart.
