If you suspect that you have POTS this is not the doctor to see. He was unable to help me. He did do a tilt table test, but he doesn't specialize in this. He did all this testing and never helped me with a follow up plan or diagnosis. Next doctor redid my tilt table test and diagnosed me with pots.
Wonderful Dr. very thorough, listens to what you are saying and and answers completely. Fantastic personality, very easy to have a discussion with. My GO TO DOCTOR If you need a fantastic HEART DR call Dr Kizlibash .
My wife is a patient of his, she had surgery performed by him on 5/18/16 this was the 3rd attempt. The first time he forget that she had been on tykosyn prescribed by him and he had to cancel the surgery, second time at hospital she followed his orders by taking eliquis he cancelled the surgery and he said he didn't want to point fingers at any one both my wife and myself recall him saying to take the medicine and he also wrote it down for her and my wife put it on her calendar. Also most of his staff are clueless, don't answer the phone or put you on hold, forget to call back. You make an appointment and you still have to wait. I personally would not go back to Dr. Kizilbash.
I cannot recommend this doctor. I had seen him 2-3 times in the past and those visits went very well. I saw him recently and it was a terrible experience. He was 1.5 hours late which I can handle but when I'm seeing a cardiologist about a serious heart condition they need to be willing to take the time to explain what's going on. He didn't do that as he was running very far behind and spent less than 10min with me. He explained to me what he thought was wrong but he wasn't 100% sure since the issue was caused by covid-19. Ok, I understand that it's a new disease. I told him I didn't understand and he proceeded to tell me the exact same thing again. He didn't use layman terms. I told him again that I didn't understand and he changed the subject. I left his office nearly clueless as to what was wrong. I then sent him a message in the portal asking him to explain it in layman terms. I got a response from his staff stating that the doctor didn't know exactly what was wrong. That really makes me angry because he still couldn't take the time to explain it so he simply told his staff that he didn't know. I will find a cardiologist who cares and takes the time to explain the issue.
