ER of Texas Hurst

Hands down better than CareNow, other minor emergency clinics and definitely extremely better than the ER. Doctors, nurses and office staff are extremely friendly and professional. The office building is the nicest I've seen and very comfortable. If you're sick, I would highly recommend Trusted ER. Top notch! I was able to get in immediately without having to call ahead or wait in the waiting room. Doctor introduced himself and everyone in the room upon entering and then got to work on me immediately without any waiting.

I want to say I am in no way a Karen. I very rarely complain or even leave a negative review but I feel like I really should about this. I have been here several times throughout the years. They have changed owners a couple of times I believe. And they have gone downhill big time. The last time I went, the Dr was incredibly condescending and rude. He had a very thick accent and when I asked him very nicely to repeat himself, he raised his voice at me. At one point he asked me what all surgeries I have had and I was kindof stumbling over my words - I was anxious because of how rude he was being and I was so incredibly sick, it was taking me a bit to think of them and after a couple of seconds, he pointed at the scars on my abdomen and said 'what is all of that?!?' I asked him if the issues I was still having when I was discharged were ok and he said 'no! They are not ok! You need to go see your dr!' Um. Ok. He never explained anything to me and acted like I was a huge inconvenience. They were not busy. I was the only patient there. They were literally out of IV nausea meds. There were parts of equipment sitting in the halls. This place is run down and I would never recommend it to anyone. I will not be returning.

After Trusted ER I don't think I can ever go back to a regular Emergency Room! The level of service and care at this facility is outstanding! Appearance: We actually thought we were in the wrong place because the entrance is almost like a luxury hotel. The receptionist greats you with a warm smile and there is coffee, drinks, and snacks. It was incredibly clean! When I say Clean I mean CLEAN. The room I was escorted too had the bed made up with a nice chair and throw blanket in the corner for if you had one person with you. The bathroom was beautiful I was taken aback by how clean and and nice the bathroom looked! Staff: Like I said above the first thing you are greeted with as soon as you walk through the door is a smile, same thing goes for when your leaving. You feel so welcomed and feel like your treated like family. They try to make you smile and laugh and actually spend time with you to get to the root of the issue instead of just taking a 1 minute look at you and then sending you home. The doctor was so thorough and asked the right questions to get answers that I wouldn't have even thought to say. You could tell that they all genuinely wanted to make sure you went home safe and better. Everyone was very knowledgeable and you could trust they knew what they were doing! Extras: They had a whole candy bar which was amazing. Their coffee machine was awesome there were a variety of coffees, different flavored creamers, hot chocolate, and syrups. They also have a snack station when you come in as well. Last but not least I left with some actually nice socks, a blanket, and a goodie bag, and a shirt! I will be issuing the bag and things they gave me and make it my hospital/ ER bag since it is so spacious and but everything I need in there so I will be able to just easily grab the bag and go if I have to go to an ER or Hospital again. The receptionist also stated they can order a Uber Or Lyft if you can't get to them. Overall this was the best experience I have ever had going to an Emergency Room! If this Trusted ER is near you I highly recommend you go there if you ever have any have to go to a ER! My clinical team of superhero's on staff were: Dr. Clark (I wish he could be my regular doctor he was so amazing and informative) RN- Yaz and Brye ( made sure I was comfortable bringing hot blankets and checking on me) Rad Tech- James ( impeccable bedside manner) and Lorrie Front Desk- Mary and Lauren (both so warm hearted) Thank you again to everyone who made me feel welcomed and gave me a wonderful experience! Note: they do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare!

The staff at ER of Texas in Hurst were amazing! It was a smooth process from beginning to end. They were all attentive, they listened to my complaints, they made sure I was comfortable, and they even entertained me with jokes to keep my mind off the pain I was in. Unlike other places where you may wait for hours to be seen, I was back in a room so quick and they always made sure to check on me throughout the whole process. I dread having to go to the doctor, but this place made me feel welcomed, heard, and overall comfortable. Thank you so much to everyone at ER of Texas in Hurst!

Had to come back and do another review. I have been to this Er a couple of times and man the staff and the whole atmosphere here is warm and welcoming. Very compassionate down to earth folks here who treat everyone with kindness. Hopefully I don't come back any time soon lol but if I need Acute care this is my go to ! You Rock guys and ladies. From the front office to the back techs , nurses and Dr's they have you covered!!!
