Vital Heart & Vein Humble

Dr. Wei has great beside manners. He listens, explains everything thoroughly. He greets you with a warm smile. Makes you feel that he cares. The staff is very patient friendly, professional and very courteous. I will recommend him.

This was my first time at Vital Heart & Vein and it was a very good experience. I saw Dr. Lim and was so impressed by her. She is really amazing on how she takes the time and care to explain things with pictures and diagram. Very thankful to have found her. Scheduling test was easy. When I showed up for my catscan I had the sweetest girl calm me down since I got a little nervous. I wish I got her name because she was so good to me. And then the girl at the the desk on 2nd floor where you get ultrasounds at who has a pink keyboard and sits on left side of desk was extremely sweet. These 3 people really went beyond to make my experience so nice. I was actually shocked at the kindness and wish more doctors offices were like this.

Dr. Lim has been my Cardiologist for many years. I will be lost if she ever retires so Dr. Lim, please never retire!! Seriously though, I would recommend her 1000%! Love this entire practice! Melinda is fantastic and is always on top of anything that needs to be done!!

From beginning to end, it has been a great experience. And look like I'm ending with Miss dolce and she's great. I started with Miss Deisha and she was great. Unbelievable because these days customer service really stinks. But this smells so sweet and it's been a great experience oh, please don't let me leave out the doctor Dr. Natasha very good experience.

The staff are very friendly and professional they make me feel welcome. Dr. Wei listen to all my concerns. He made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain my diagnosis, walk me through the treatment plan and made sure all my questions were answered. I am so grateful for the care I received.
