Hello I forgot my techs name but the x-ray and MRI was the best those ladies took care of me like I was a Queen o I am lol the front desk clerk was amazing as well i will. Be back . The cleaning lady told me I looked nice and I thought I didn't because of the way I fell my pain . This place describes love and care Thanks for the Special Treatment.
Julie and Cindy at the front desk were friendly, helpful and informative about the process and my exam. The mri tech Ha was friendly and accommodating making sure the exam was smooth. Overall happy with the experience and the price was much cheaper than what methodist was asking which was 6x the price.
Denise was so friendly and professional! She made me feel very comfortable and had a wonderful bedside manner. Would absolutely recommend this practice for imaging because of Denise!
Asked how to receive my report after not hearing from my Dr. Was told if came in to location then could get it but they closed at 4pm. I am at work until 5pm. Called back and asked if my husband could get it for me and I verified his name with them and was told yes as long as he comes before 3pm. He did then was told no. Only myself. So he drove over 30min just to turn around.
