I think he's a great Dr. but his staff lacks a lot. Like I ask them to fax my insurance stuff and they don't do it! Like common I know I'm on Medicaid but that doesn't mean i don't deserve good service! Or should I pay u guys to get good service? Tell me I'm willing to pay!
Good Dr but staff is arrogant and unprofessional also the answering service he have even though you complain with Dr the situation still. They don't send referrals they don't answered the phone. He really needs to change staff or have an administrative person. If you have an emergency and need him you will die !!!
We have had a positive experience with Dr. Schaeffer. My son has used him for 7 years. Very busy Dr, but well worth the wait.
The wait was almost 3 hours; the medical assistants are just so INCOMPETENT!!!!!!
