I was speechless and blown away with the exceptional bedside manner as well as the in-depth presentation of cardiovascular functions delivered in a clear and concise manner to my children---without Mommy having to say or ask anything!! I sat there astonished wondering when it would be my turn to ask questions. Dr. Quinones made my children feel so comfortable, they were actually engaged in an ongoing cardiac conversation, answering and addressing all questions/concerns. He was drawing and pointing, while presenting detailed cardiac functions to my children and my children were actually asking questions AND paying attention! To be knowledgeable and pair that with compassion while being able to explain that logic to children AND they actually listen/learn is quite a True Talent -Gift-that is extremely rare in this World. This world is a better place with you in it. The staff is very kind as well! Nicole was very patient, understanding! The front Desk Administrator was very helpful too!Thank you so much!
