Wellspire/Dr. O is an accomplished active and empathetic listener and the exchange of information with him was excellent.....as a first-time cardiology patient in new territory, he answered all of our questions with respect and thoroughness....he offered specific data and research sightings as necessary to explain. The office staff, in particular Quality Manager Christina, helped me to receive/access a written report within the Healow app. She did what she said she would do and in a very timely and gracious manner......for me, the quality, empathy, and communications with staff members within a medical environment are extremely important. Can't stress it enough.......A well-trained staff (from bottom to top) that embraces a culture of strong and tenacious ownership is vital to customer satisfaction and confidence.
